Anahita Pangtey at Raga Svara
It was a beautiful experience to host Anahita Pangtey, a traveller and mover dedicated to the art of ‘Intentional Practice.’ Anahita arrived during the monsoon mist, finding a natural harmony between her own movement and the quiet energy of our campus. She deeply resonated with our symbol, the two vertical lines which served as a constant invitation for her ‘to pause, to simply be.’ For Anahita, Raga Svara became a place where stillness finds its rhythm, allowing her to find moments of pause not just in her poses, but in her very being.
Her journey was a visual glimpse into the power of slowing down: from dancing through the rain to the grounding warmth of Ayurvedic therapies and wholesome cuisine. She reminded us that there is something uniquely transformative about the monsoon, the way the cool breeze and the sound of rain help one to reset, breathe deeply, and reconnect. We are grateful that our serene surroundings could serve as the backdrop for her unlearning and rejuvenation, and that she found a moment of pause that was truly her own.
